It’s not so easy to play a Tamil in a movie, Alia Bhatt is learning to be a Tamil and get along with their culture and accent. The movie is based on Chetan Bhagat’s novel where a Punjabi boy fells in love with a Tamil girl and its not a simple ride from their as they have to convince their parents for marriage.
